Where can I find your limousine services in Boston?
We offer car and limo services throughout the greater Boston area including Wilmington, Andover, Tewksbury, and Ipswich. We provide airport transfers both to and from Boston Logan Airport.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
We advice you to make your reservation no less than 24 hours in advance. For shorter notice, call 978-988-0009 to check on availability in person.

What types of vehicles do you offer for transportation in Boston?
Our fleet consists of sedans, Cadillacs, SUVs, 10 passenger vans, and 6-,8-, and 10-passenger limousines.

What is your cancellation policy? How near to service can I cancel car service?
Cancellations must be made within eight hours of the scheduled pickup time. If a reservation is cancelled less than eight hours to scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of a will be charged (two hour minimum). Cancellations less than four hours before your scheduled pickup time will be charged the full rate.

What happens if my flight at Logan is delayed?
All flight are constantly monitored by our office staff and your driver will be ready to meet you at the location mentioned on your confirmation. If your flight is cancelled, or if you have been moved to a different flight, you must contact us ASAP to avoid No Show fees.

What if I’m late for my pickup?
After a 15-minute grace period, charges will be incurred. Executive Sedans: $14.00 every 15-minutes. All other vehicles: the hourly rate is billed in 15-minute increments. These charges may also be apply to airport arrivals when there is excessive waiting time caused by lost luggage or flight delays that are not updated by the airline.
