A transfer is a one-way service to/from an airport location without stops along the way. Additional stops will be calculated at a rate of $20.00 per stop, provided they are within the reasonable path of the trip. Stops outside of the reasonable sequence of the trip will automatically convert the trip to an Hourly charge and are subject to a two-hour minimum.

Waiting Time:
After a 15-minute grace period, charges will be calculated at a rate of $14.00 per 15-minute increment for Executive Sedans. All other vehicles are subject to the hourly rate billed in 15-minute increments. These charges will also apply to airport arrivals when there is excessive waiting time caused by lost luggage, flight delays that are not properly updated by the airline due to uncontrolled circumstances, etc.

Airport Arrivals:
Flight arrivals are monitored by our office staff. The Chauffeur will meet you at the predetermined location mentioned on your confirmation. If your flight is cancelled, or you have been moved to a different flight than the one we are tracking, you must contact us as soon as possible to avoid No Show fees. The use of our toll free telephone number is encouraged upon arrival at the airport to assist in coordinating the customer with vehicle location.

Cancellations of your Boston transportation must be made within eight hours of the reserved time. If a reservation is cancelled less than eight hours prior to scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of a two hour minimum will be charged, depending on vehicle type. Cancellations less than four hours prior to scheduled pickup will be charged the full rate.

No Show Policy:
If, for any reason, you cannot locate your Chauffeur, you must contact our office immediately. Should a passenger leave a pickup location via any other means without notifying our office, the full cost of the trip (including gratuity) will be charged.

Other Charges:
Mass Pike tolls are not included in our hourly and Airport transfer rates and will be added to the final invoice. The Ted Williams and Callahan Tunnel tolls are not included in our Hourly or Airport rates and will be added to the final invoice. Parking and any out of state tolls are additional and will also be added to the final invoice.

Cellular Phone Service:
Domestic calls will be calculated at the rate of $1.00 per minute with a 2-minute minimum.

A 20% gratuity will be added to all hourly rates and also will be added to the final invoice.

Transportation Network has met the strict criteria of the Massachusetts Port Authority and the Massachusetts RMV for proper licensing and insurance requirements.
